I just discovered that this HTML tag exists and applied it to the different uses of date or time references so hopefully browsers and accessibility software have an easier time parsing and dealing with those. It never hurts to be more explicit with your code.

While I was at it, I also applied my editors formatting suggestions to the files I touched, so hopefully that'll make them more readable!
